I have been designing residential spaces since 2008. I began doing homes in Scottsdale, Arizona and then moved my firm to New York. I designed spaces with a creative and professional approach. From the initial strategy planning to laying down the rugs on floors, I provide clients with expert guidance throughout the entire design process. This gorgeous loft got a complete makeover. By adding a brand new floor and new furnishings it became a show piece. The red console table inspired the palette, while the geometric patterns of furniture, the light fixture, rug and artwork did the rest.

At this upscale penthouse loft, I created a fun, vibrant environment. The wall paper displays their love for rock music. Every item -- hand picked -- tells a story. The result is a place of balance and fun in harmony with its surroundings.

This gorgeous property has lots of open spaces, and gave me a chance to add many stunning touches. After opening up all the walls down to the studs building a new kitchen opened up the space. New furniture and a hand made gorgeous rug anchored the room.

I dressed up this space with a sleek, sophisticated decor that is ready to impress. The owners of this space sought to retain the retro modern look. Stylish furnishings and the innovative use of form and color meet the challenge.

London Underground
The idea was to create a guest bath that had a wow effect when you walk in. I picked this wallpaper because my client's loved London. The red light emitting from the mirror gives this small bathroom space a bold dramatic appearance to wow their guests.

Sleek and Functional
Large format concrete finish tiles on the walls. soaking tub and large singe vanity with cool, contemporary light box mirror transform the once uninviting space into an at-home oasis for the homeowners. The aged tile floor was replaced with dreamy hex grey tiles framed with crisp, dark grout.

This gorgeous ranch style home with its open space gave me a chance to add many stunning touches. The dramatic art piece was the inspirational element for this room. Dark muted walls with a splash of color, luxurious fabrics and textures brought in the finishing touches.

This venue was completely reimagined to create a trendy atmosphere space that builds appeal and interest through layered decor elements. The boutique hotel will feature a self-pour craft beer and wine bar, a grab-and-go market, and 31 cozy rooms that boast room automation and their own private bathrooms. Located in Ithaca NY.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF INTERIORS YOU LIKE TO INCORPORATE IN YOUR DESIGN?
A great starting point for an interior design project is to learn a bit about each of the styles and how they differ from one another. I don't have a set trend I follow. I try to feel the space, my client's lifestyle and then start planning. I love minimalist approach towards design. I try to lean towards the simplicity of life demonstrated in Nordic countries, spacious, natural lighting, less accessories and functional furniture.
I like to throwback to the design style of the mid-1900s. I like to create a blend between modern design and contemporary design. For the less adventurous clients, transitional is a great way to go.
WHY IS IT WORTH HIRING A INTERIOR DESIGNER?
Hiring a designer is an incredibly personal experience. Some people wouldn’t dream of starting a project without professional help and others can’t justify the expense. Interior designers serve as the marriage counselors for your home: They have the expertise to navigate the tumultuous seas of the decorating process, by entering into a partnership with your interior designer is almost like a second marriage; beyond the initial compatibility and attraction, which is why choosing a designer is an important decision.
IS THERE A SET BUDGET WHEN YOU START A PROJECT?
Whenever I talk about a project, I usually ask you to consider the budget first and foremost. It’s not only important to consider how much you’ll want to spend, but also when you’ll be ready to shoulder the costs. Once I have a budget in mind and I have a list of my clients wants and needs I can start working on the design plan. Yes, budgets change and the clients' wants become their needs. In order to keep the project and budget on track, it is very important to maintain a healthy open communication with my clients.
